Tonights desert is a home made Blackberry Almond cheeses cake.The cheesecake is is a throweighteen Century when most cheesecakes included additional textures and flavors. In my crust I included crush toasted almond and cinnamon. That looks great, I'm going to have to try adding some diff. flavors into my recipe when I make them next. I have only done plain and with chocolate chips.
I have been using sous vide to cook cheesecakes with great results. Perfect every time!

Thank you for your compliment. No I am self taught. I took cooking and baking up when I retired back in 2006. I have collected and read many books on cooking and baking since then and I find it to be very therapeutic.[flag]
