What the heck did you do???

Accident fabricating brackets for the new dock system. Was grinding some welded steel smooth when a piece came free and went into my hand. . . . 6 hours in the ER, 7 Lidocaine injections into the palm of my hand, 2 surgical cuts, some forceps, and 7 stiches later. . . . . Attached a pic of the cardboard mockup of the brackets.20140513_104911.jpg

Shoreline stand off pole dock brackets out of 1/2" and 3/8" finished.
 
OUCH!!! That cut looked painful. Glad to see you got the brackets all fixed up nicely. Sounds like it takes a lot to slow you down.

Wish that were true. . . .not going to be able to handle my rotary hammer, which means Im not installing theae brackets or my docks for a while.

Bummer. Sorry to hear that. Hopefully it will heal up real soon.
