I have a 2016 190fsh sport and am wondering how I should balance my weight out, I have a Minn kota terrova quest 36v 72”, 6 12v batteries, probably around 50-75 pounds of tackle and rods. When it’s sitting in water it lean to the left. Can anyone help?

Assume you mean it's leaning to port, as that's the side your trolling motor is on. A couple options:
  1. Move your batteries
  2. Add some sandbags to starboard (cheap, but take up more room)
  3. Add some lead bags to starboard (expensive, take up less room)
  4. Replace your three lead acid batteries with lighter Lithium
  5. Remount your trolling motor to starboard side
  6. Keep a larger cooler full of ice and beer on starboard side

Do you have the live well full? If you don’t it will list to port. If the live well is 26 gallons that’s 215 pounds.

What is the fourth battery in the head compartment?

No the live well is not full. I have the 4th battery for my livescope and light bar.IMG_9063.jpeg

Then that’s why yiur boat is listing to port. Fill the live well and your boat will probably float level.

Keep as much weight as you can towards the rear of the boat.
