It seemed like my port engine was revving lower than the starboard engine at cruising speed. Nothing in the clean out ports...and when I am at full throttle both engines run at the same RPM's. Even when I have the throttle at the first position the port engine rev's a little lower than the other.
Anyone experience this? Is this something that I should be concerned with?

Could be that factory impellers aren't perfect. could be pump loading.
http://www.groupk.com/yjetboat.htm about half way down for pump loading.
I know my factory impellers were all different pitches on every blade. Not really ideal. I would have thought that newer boats had much better quality by now.
Just a side thought... does your throttle drop, one one, and that maybe be cause of the difference? I know mine did!

Just need to adjust the throttle cable so they are aligned better. There is an adjustment on both ends, but the engine end is easier to access. Here is a video from @JetBoatPilot that is in regards to "Throttle Sync", but give you the info on how to adjust the throttles (this is for drive by wire model boats....not sure if yours is or not--let me know!)

I did similar. I just tighten the adjuster a few turns and then tried it. Over the course of a day at the lake they came out to be nearly matched, which is good enough. Cam.

I got picky about mine when I install the throttle sync system.
