252S Loss of Motor Power

I have a 2021 Yamaha 252S. I had an issue where I was on the water and shut the motors off for about an hour as we just relaxed. Then as I restarted, the left engine wasn't peeing. I turned the left off. Then, the right bogged down and had almost no power. Maximum speed 5 MPG at 5k RPM. Dealer says nothing is wrong and they can't recreate it. Can anyone help me understand what may be wrong?

Probably trash sucked up in the pumps when you started the engines especially if you were in shallow water
