Another my boat is home thread

Nice. Looking forward to the pictures.

Conngratulations! Bet you can't wait to get her on the water!

I think the first accessory is going to be a trailer valet. :) trying to get her turned around right now and backing out of the driveway is not necessarily an option.

Anyone have a trailer valet and how do you like it.

Congrats. I would love to see that blue with the cover off. Please post some pics when you get a chance. Thanks.

Awesome boat..you're going to love her...

Trailer valet works great for forward and backwards and slight turning on level ground .. But you're not making any 90 degree turns easily with a double axel with this thing..

I also have the trailer valet. There is a thread here nearby about it. Do not be fooled: you can do great things with it, but it is work. I only took my boat half way out and put it back and I worked up a nice sweat. I think you could probably do the 90 degree turn, but you will need to take your time and this is not going to be a 3 minute task. As long as you set your expectations on that, I think you will be fine.

The trailer valet will work like a charm I think. I don't need to swing at 90deg, as long as I can work it back and forth I'll be in good shape. Just no room to do this with a tow vehicle attached.

No pics today. It's raining of course.

Beautiful boat !!! Congratulations!! One thing you might want to check is the height of your hitch ball. Hard to tell, from the pics but it looks like you might be a little low on the ball height. The trailer looks like you are putting more of the load on the hitch. A level trailer makes for a lot easier towing. It is a beautiful boat .....enjoy the hell out of it!:winkingthumbsup"

I'll check the level next time I get out with it.

Glad to hear I'm not the only OCD guy here!

Congrats on your new boat! We are picking ours up on Saturday. Getting excited.

Beautiful boat @McMark, I love that color also.

By the way, Is she chained to the Honda just for safety sake? love it!

Let me repeat myself ............

I use the Honda to drag it around the driveway. The mrs wanted more than chocks under the wheel so I hooked a safety chain to the hitch. :). You know, for safety.
