Just curious. Want to put new wheels and have a much better choice with 14 or 15 inchers.

Mmmmm. Those are smallish…if you can get 14” rims and tires then you can run the good year endurance tires.

There's been a few stories on here about fenders rubbing tires, that would really be your only issue. How does your clearance look, and is there any possibility of raising them to avoid any issues? If it looks like you can raise your fenders, I'd imagine you were good to go with those 30" spinners

I'll look at raising the fenders. I read on here someone raised their trailer with an aluminum axle lifting block. Shouldn't technically be hard since on my trailer it's a square tube.There's been a few stories on here about fenders rubbing tires, that would really be your only issue. just checked out the trailer and clearances. While the easy route would be to take a 2x6 and just make a block that I can wedge under the steps of the fenders and where they bolt to the trailer, it will be made of wood, get wet, rot, and I'd rather not.
The clearance between the top of the tire, and the inside top of the wheel well isn't enough to add an inch or so for larger wheels and tires. So the lift block will be the way to go. Off to etrailer.com I go.
