Yamaha is offering 5 years warranty at the Boat Show promotion.
Will post more...

Cool...I'll bet this is the one year the boat comes with plus 4 years additional....

It's a marketing gimmick. 5 yrs of peace of mind. but how many will take advantage when the dealer is 2~3hrs away? (for most of us) and what if Yamaha denies the claim? As with any insurance/warranty, their job is not to pay out!

I am 7 miles from one dealer and 28 from the dealer with the best quote... can we post prices here?

i don't see why not?

So 2017 Limited S 54800 out the door. Tax, tags and fees included.
5 year warranty, 4.99% for 180 months.
Is this a good deal?

21 or 24 foot?

sounds like for a 21. someone just said they paid $51999 (boat only). Tax and fees vary by state so if you post boat only price that may be a better comparison. Dealer prep fee should be negotiated along with safety items(fire extinguisher/life vest/ropes etc)

Sounds pretty good. I assume you are talking about a 212 limited S, and not a 242. MSRP is $53k. Using a 6% sales tax rate you would be at $56,180. That's not including other fees. Anything under msrp is going to be a good deal.

I got mine (212 limited S) for 54k out the door, 3 years total warranty

I would think the extra 2 year warranty is worth $800

@Roger.P can you walk on the mega yachts at that show, or are they by invitation only?

I guess I'm one of the lucky ones, I have a dealer within 5 miles!!

The total 5 year warranty is only on leftover models 2016 and older if a dealer still has one. The 2017 models come with 3 years total. That has been the deal since January at all of our boat shows. The P.O.P packages we get all come with 5 year warranty stickers but there is tiny print saying to ask dealer for details.

Based on title, I was expecting bikini babes on boats. :( I mean there was an exclamation point and everything:(

Wrong part of the board for that...
