I'm actually heading your way with the boat. Going to visit my parents in Jacksonville. Going to put in Monday in Morehead and likely go to Shack or sand dollar island....or one of the adjacent sandbars. Longest tow, with the shortest drive of the boat. LOL! It'll take us longer to get through the no wake zone there than it will to get to where we'll hop out.

Nice, tomorrow we're going to do the slides at EI. My parents neighborhood runs right by northeast creek park. I used to run ALL over that place when I was a teenager on my little glastron. Not sure if the 24 bridge by what used to be driftwood is tall enough without putting the tower down. I remember it being pretty low back in the day. That and they can't ever seem to remember the gate code to their ramp. LOL! I'm pretty sure it hasn't changed since I was in high school. I definitely want to come down sometime when someone local is around. Those waters have changed drastically since I used to run them all the time.
