My two back cleats appear to be bent after having it tied up for a weekend. I tried to hammer them to get the pull outs strait to slide back in but noticed I just made the entire cleat loose. Has any body had the issue of cleats not sliding back in. If so how did you fix it? Don’t want to make it worse. It’s not the end of the world if I have to leave them out all the time.

Never heard of this before. Was there a bad storm...or tide? I wonder if the cleats were loose before you tied up?

Or is this your boat (just kidding):
