I boat a 242x right off of a yamaha lot, the cover of the boat has never even been taken off so the boat is exactly how yamaha shipped it.

The gas is on empty

I was going to treat the gas and fill it for the winter to stop condensation, but the boat is now blocked in storage and I can't get it to a gas station.

My question is, should I just drop something like dry gas in the boat when I do fill it up?

Stored in a climate controlled environment or not?

If you can't fill it now, then just fill it first thing in the spring and add sta-bil to the new tank and you should be fine.

its in a barn, covered on all sides but no heat.

its a 50 gallon tank, that would take a lot of back and forth to the gas station, I am thinking I am going to leave it and do what I can in the spring, like maybe dry gas?

The reality is that dealers have new boats sit in the lot all winter with no winterization, no fuel and with just he shipping cover on them. Had you purchased your boat in the spring you probably wouldn't have given a second thought to how the dealer stored it throughout the winter. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

My thought would be to drop some Stabil in the tank now. It'll only take about 5-6 oz to stabilize what's in there and then just fill it and run it in the Spring.
