Yeah that is probably one of the worst head units out. Nothing wrong with it functionly, just not user friendly at all!

That was pretty much how I felt about mine....not quite that unhappy, but much like iPhones....I hated the single button interface!

I have the 505. Decent unit. Not as good as I expected. Sounds good and has the extra zone. When I hit the loudness I loose all previous setting's. Talked to clarion and they said that is the way it is.
I may look at Kenwood or something else.
