Hey Guys! Ive been wanting a 24' Yamaha for years. Finally decided to pull the trigger and got it out on the water this past weekend. I went with the dark gray and green combo. Holy cow is this thing quick. Im sure by cruising this site I will find what Im looking for but wondering if there are any groups in Arizona?

Boat is currently at my local audio/video installer taking care of the disaster stock speakers that come in that boat. I will shoot some pics on Friday when I pick it up. Less than a week in and already have some decent mods done up!

Congrats! I have the same boat. Just up graded the speakers with some JL audio speakers. Took all of 15 minute and $400 bucks best mod yet. I was out on the water yesterday with the new speakers. It's all you need to make the sound system 10 times better.
BTW. Do you hear a weird sound coming from the steering box behind the helm? I'm having a hard time telling if it's normal or problem.

Hey bones... I went with kicker 8" tower speakers and matched them with the 4 6.5s in the cabin. I had the boat on the water this past weekend and did not hear any noise at the helm. I'm coming from a 24' reinell Stern drive so there are some different noises but nothing that was of concern. We slept on the boat overnight and did notice a very odd thing happening. Courtesy lights would flicker about every 5 min. After reading the manual it looks like that is a notification that your bilge is in auto mode. For the naysayers, I forgot that I did take a picture from the weekend!

@Glassman that's awesome. Well make a few trips up there this summer. We were in Parker for spring break and saw a few on the river. I'll let you know when we plan on going up.
