Except it has 4 engines....only two of which have steering gates.

And they Navy hasn't been very happy with them:

i saw them on tv or youtube I think there’s a cat style hull too. They made them to chase pirates in shallow water. If I remember right they only draft 13 or 15 feet and turn tighter than any prop boat in that category.

Yes, the Navy has a very in depth training program on that topic, and it uses the Yamaha warning label as the basis for the course.
