New impellers !!!! I'll post results after this weekend !!!!! image.jpg

Look at the cavitation erosion on this one !!!image.jpg

Nice! Like a work of art!

Based on the condition of your factory impellers I am expecting you to report positive results!

Yea I had some cavitation issues !!! And when I had ballast in the boat the factory impellers didn't like it ! Lol

Those are Purrrddyyy.....can't wait to see how they perform.

I think every impeller is going to cavitate the way you ballast your boats.:)

You may need Lucky 13 cones!

It feels like changing a flat tire.
:D

Are you using stock solas or did you buy them pre-pitched. What pitch and type did you go with ?

Pitch for my needs !!! They did wonders for the old boat :)

Well... 13/19's pitched for torque I assume. You'll never hit 55 mph like that man.. horrible just horrible.
Then again, I have amps, subs, a tower and a non removable bimini like the new E series so I doubt I'll break 50 ever again.

I can see myself in the reflection. Not sure how that works over the Internet but I can see myself! :D

When you do a side-by-side comparison of port and strbd, looking at lateral profiles, I'm curious if you can see the pitch differences on the trailing edges. It could be very small, like 1mm, but you should be able to easily tell if you rotate it on a smooth surface up against a ruler.

At any rate - I would take notes on the trailing edge blade angles, if you ever need those. There are devices for measuring the angle, but I find the simple distance at fixed points on the blades to be the most accurate, at least in amateur settings.

How many hours were on the boat and did you think of changing the wear rings to make sure you eliminate all cavataition

It is such a shame that something so pretty will never be seen again once installed! Please report back with results!

Initial results are ok , I'm pulling them out to have them repitched , good holeshot , but stops after that , pitched way to low , was hitting the revaliminator on the top end , had to back off power to 75 % to keep it off the revaliminator !!
