New to me 2008sx230 arrived last night!

Thanks for your help so far, I finally pulled the plug on what I think is a great find, on need of some cosmetic TLC, but hopefully otherwise in good shape.

This board has already provided me with great assistance. I hope I will soon be able to return the favor once I learn a bit.
Boat runs strong, but
These are the winter projects.

Trailer brakes
Interior upholstery
Ez locks+plug rebuild
Graffrig throttle (just got a used set on eBay, bought on a whim, may need some creativity to adapt)
Scoopers + additional bilge pump + bilge alarms.
Radio
Gas float
Trim tabs (got compact model for my boat and never installed, planning to install on this one instead)

Should be a fun ride, and fun no boat season working to put all these in place.

Sounds like you have some fun winter projects planned.

When you replace the throttles replace the shift and steering cables. Doing so will likely make a bigger difference than swapping out the throttles.

McClain trailers in Houston had reasonable prices and ufp brake parts in stock. Let's see how I manage...

yea i will be. I messed up my knee and had surgery, and got laid off from job. I will let you how mobile i am. I cannot set still. bring me a crawler!
