I don't think there's cables attached to these :D, or Thrust vectors needed :).

 
First off... Wow! What comes to mind is I never have that much help, if I have that many people watching me with cameras it's because they are laughing at me trying the same thing! And I feel like when I try that I never have that much room! Haha! And do you think he is using a twin engine lateral thruster or two single thrusters @JetBoatPilot ? Also did he get his thrusters early because he is stupid rich? Lol!
 
Wow, that would be a monstrous set of LT's!
 
You can see around 3mins he has some sort of thrust vectoring as the water is directly at 90 degrees to the boat.
 
Never imagined a giant yacht like that would have jet drives.
