Last weekend was supposed to be the final weekend for the outside bar to be open, but since the weather was so awesome, they had a final final weekend... deck will be torn up and remodeled starting this week. Goodbye outdoor Bridge Bar!

She was at the previous bar we were at upriver, I seriously must have looked like a stalker to her at some point that evening. Her boyfriend/husband had a Make-A-Wish sticker on his super nice center console with twin 250's, and nobody in my group wanted to go ask him about it, so I took a grenade for them all and went down to talk to them about it. Turned out, he traded in his Yamaha for the current boat, so we talked a bit more about that. Her side-eye changed after my phone stopped hiding my face after taking that pic. It was my turn to claim I was being stalked, as they stopped at the next bar downriver that we decided to have dinner at - no cops were called on anybody!
Finally took the baby Willow out on the boat for the first time tonight. Went for a sunset cruise after work. Grilled some shredded chicken tacos...... amazing.
Willow did great, a little scared but great
On Friday evening we had the best sunset that the Seattle area has seen in likely 10 years. Luckily we were out on the lake to watch the show! This is an unedited photo.
Went to the Mississippi today and it was a bit sporty for a river. SSW winds at 15-25mph pushing against the current. Whitecaps galore but after this years excursion to Bimini it wasn’t anything we couldn’t handle. We cruised down to Princeton, IA. and docked at Go Fish Marina Bar And Grill where we had lunch. After lunch we cruised downstream to the damn & then back to the launch in Albany, IL.
