How do i receive permission to view certain media files

You should have permission to see them all. Can you let us know which ones you can't see so we can look into the issue?

Didn't fix itself, I had to go in and adjust permissions on every album. Seems when you set an album to shared, it is only shared with those whom you chose to share it with. I set all albums to viewable by members only. If you didn't want it set that way....whooops....please set it back or let me know if you cannot. There were a couple of albums set to private and I couldn't modify those permissions (@Bruce is the media super user).
We need to adjust the default setting to be "members only" to make it easier....something for us to work on...
