Hey Guys-
2023 AR195 here. Just curious, I know the pump removal is simple based on some videos I've seen here.
But, what is the safest way to remove it the first time with the factory black sealant in place?

Please elaborate. "factory black sealant" in what location? Pics of what you're referring to can help clarify what you mean, as well as give us an idea of how your situation looks - each case can be different, and you may have sealant where others haven't
 
There are pry points in the jet housing some of the videos point these out some don’t. Usually 2 pry points per jet. A small pry bar or a flat blade screw driver will do the trick. Hope this helps a little.
 
Forgot to add look for video with Capital Leon’s videos a Yamaha owner on this site or YouTube. Well done videos
 
I found this type of pry worked great for the first time removal of the pumps. Use the U shaped part. If you use the lock tite sealant specd in the service manual when re assembling the pry bar won’t be necessary in the future.
