Help me diagnose the problem with the water pump from my Expedition.

Looks like you need a new Flux Capacitor. Not putting out the required 1.21 gigawatts. You should make sure and rotate your hubcaps too.

you've lost your marbles :)

Seriously....did you break the O ring pulling the shaft? If not my guess would be the O ring leaked, lost your lube, and bearings failed!

You mean they don't come this way?

You must use 3M 5200 on it. Nothing else will work.

That's a funny looking turbo.

Why would you put pachinko balls in there?

Hot sauce and a pool noodle and it'll be right as rain.

I would check to see if the rotation is correct.

No problem there....It has plenty of balls!

Looks like the shaft snapped, unit has 2 sets of bearings to keep shaft strait in housing. the other ball bearing near impeller probably seized. The impeller is on other side of corroded housing. Looks like you need a new one.

If you need quickly.
Search online all 3 auto part stores, then look for coupons at retailmenot.com

If you can wait, search amazon, sometimes 1/2 the price auto part store on certain items.

That is just a ridiculous guess! Plenty of good suggests further up the thread.;)
