I like it much better with the pictures on it, the pictures draw your attention up and the name pops out more, If you were to update those with member pictures occasionally that would be really neat, jeboats in action, real life!

The logo worked better than the banner with the responsive design. On mobile it becomes very narrow. On wider monitors it stretches to become too tall with the lower part of the banner hidden I am going to look for ways to make it work better.

Yes, as Bruce mentioned above, task bar covers the lower part. But I think it still looks pretty good, I really didn't even notice it until he pointed it out.

The banner works well and looks great for a range of "middle" resolutions. It becomes too tall at wide resolutions. I am looking at methods of solving this.

Was just coming to say that. Problem is that you need to either decrease the original height of the image, or increase the DIV height of the header...

I am working on using three logos, one for narrow, one for the middle and one for wide.

I have this logo setup for narrow.

On my iPhone I see the narrow logo when it is vertical and it switched to the banner when horizontal. You can see the same by resizing your browser.

Yeah, my issue is with the larger logo. It needs a max-height: 80px

Otherwise it runs all the way below the nav tabs...

Love the design though...I like the white lettering on the black background too, it pops! I do like the black lettering on the light blue background as well. Yeah, got the wide and short banner on the phone...very nice work gentlemen...now don't let my perfectionist tendency bleed over...it doesn't have to be perfect!
