I took down this tree with the small saw, seen in a previous post. Using The big saw would have been quicker but I needed to rebuild the carburetor. Did that yesterday and tuned up the saw. This Husky 575XP is a beast. I have not used it in a couple of years as last year we bought firewood. I blocked up this big ash in a few minutes. I’d still be out there with the small 543XP, lol. Anyway, now to bring the splitter up to the house, I am not going to crack these open by hand. Glad the big saw is back in operation. Saves a lot of time with 32 more cc’s and a 6” longer (24") bar.

Wasn’t today, but took this on our first boat ride last year after getting the new boat 11/26/21. These are the things kids don’t see from the “influencers” on YouTube.
Apologies, not sure why it’s blurry.

The wasp nest pic is funny, kinda. I have seen 3 large ones I never noticed before the leaves fell. And every time I see them now, I wonder how I/we did not get stung walking the dogs along the driveway.
Exactly my same thought. That one is in a tree in my front yard, about 20' up. Stood under it every day, and never had a clue that it was there.

Moorings Marina on the hard to the right and Bay Harbor Marina to the left. We've kept boats at both.

Saw this for sale in the neighborhood this morning.
View attachment 190384 going to pass, don’t like the color, of all that money I’d have to pay for it. You think maybe the seller forgot to put a “.” between the”9” and “5”?

My not be outrageous, but it is bigger than my wallet.

Are these from a phone or do you walk with a camera? Great pictures.
We walk our dog twice a day, and I always bring my camera with the big lens unless it's raining. I just know that if I leave it home, I'm going to see an eagle riding a fox, chasing a 12 point albino white tail buck. And I don't want to miss that shot.

Finished my solar fountain project today. I extended the charging cables to the 2 battery back ups. Buried the cables, and bolted the 4 20watt panels together and made a stand for it.
Wired in some sealed disconnect plugs so i can move the panel if need be.
The fountain has better pressure now and the batteries charge faster with two panels.
The pump is actually mounted to the underside of a foam floating pool cup holder20221106_140432.jpg20221106_140033.jpg20221106_140001.jpg20221106_135936.jpg20221106_140020.jpg

Tonight at horse lessons. Thought it looked pretty cool with the contrail from the plane.
