Saw this (floating pool with a full surround walkway) in the marina parking lot earlier today. I Was told by a real estate agent a few months ago to expect to spend $100k installed for one.

DYI tool chests at our local big box hardware stores went up in prices during Covid and seem to recently have dropped down in price.
ATV trailer did double duty yesterday went I went to Home Depot yesterday and picked up my new tool chest:



I can finally get my tools organized in my garage!

A quick googling shows some used base model 2019 Ford Transits at $55k (not sure the models exactly). For whatever this guy has done, he either wants to make a profit, or wants to continue living “The Van Life”.

traded some shotgun stuff with a guy at the club, one condition, he took us to sonic in his 57 chevy (my daughter has gotten keen on old cars) and I thought this would be a good experience for her, after we finished our drinks he handed her the keys and told her to drive it home, it's nowhere near pristine but hot rodded but it was a fun trip,
