We are delighted you have found your way to the best Jet Boaters Forum on the internet! Please consider Signing Up so that you can enjoy all the features and offers on the forum. We have members with boats from all the major manufacturers including Yamaha, Seadoo, Scarab and Chaparral. We don't email you SPAM, and the site is totally non-commercial. So what's to lose? IT IS FREE!
Membership allows you to ask questions (no matter how mundane), meet up with other jet boaters, see full images (not just thumbnails), browse the member map and qualifies you for members only discounts offered by vendors who run specials for our members only! (It also gets rid of this banner!)
With the reaction I recently got when I admitted to buying a new radio and speakers, this could be applied to boats too...

You’re more than welcome down here if you want to get out of the cold for a while. We’d love to have you?I have not seen this cold in decades. Can’t wait until the sun comes up. Out doing morning chores.

Temp here is coming up fast. From the time I headed out to walk Cooper and then clear the driveway, it's up from -9 to -2! Should see 20 this afternoon and 40+ tomorrow...I think winter is pretty much over. Almost time to start getting the boat ready.I have not seen this cold in decades. Can’t wait until the sun comes up. Out doing morning chores.

I feel your pain! It was 62 degrees this morning when I hit the links….had to wear a pull-over all day due to the wind. Brrrrr.I have not seen this cold in decades. Can’t wait until the sun comes up. Out doing morning chores.

I've got a 10am Tee Time at Persimmon Ridge here in Louisville tomorrow. Expecting it to be 37deg when we tee of, but warm to around 57 by the time we're done.I feel your pain! It was 62 degrees this morning when I hit the links….had to wear a pull-over all day due to the wind. Brrrrr.
I agree. I used Rock Auto for everything. Total was just under $600. The local tire and auto care shop up the street from me quoted just the front brakes (semi metallic rotor and pads) at $300 and another $300 for the rear. I’m sure the struts would have been another $1000 or more.@Thermobrett I've used those prepackaged strut assemblies a few times on friends vehicles. Makes pretty easy work out of an otherwise tedious and somewhat dangerous job. Never been a fan of the DIY spring compressors you have to use to change a strut at home.
We saw -22 here with a -63 “real feel” whatever that means.
Don’t forget to get a gallon of Kroger chocolate milk! The best chocolate milk you will ever have. Used to get it when I visited my parents in Dayton.Wild and crazy night at the local Kroger. This is for the self scan lines. No cashier's are open.
