A friend who now lives in Tennesee and recovers sunken boats, posted some pictures of a recovery after the tornados swept thru.

At this very minute, I'm about 15 minutes from your location.

Was it something I said? You don't call, you don't write anymore... *sniffle* ?
I had no idea. Sorry man!

So get this......haven't seen my stepdad in like 10yrs. My sister had a Christmas dinner on Saturday. He was there. Neat, we're on good terms and all, but not sure close (obviously). We get to chatting about work and such and I mentioned I'm flying into Appleton on Monday. He says he works there now. Small world right? More than that, as we're going through things. He lives in the apartments next door to the hotel I had already booked. Beyond that, he was booked on the same flights out of Louisville and into Appleton that I was. If it hadn't made it to dinner, we would have seen each other, on the plane, for the first time in a decade.

I swear there's some X-Files/Matrix shit about this town with this kind of coincidence.

The definition of irony.

When everyone treats their yards for grubs other than the community property owned by the development and the guy who lives next door to it. Boars have been in full swing recently.

Wife and I went across town to check out "Turbos, Tacos and Tinsel " at Vermont Sports Car, the builder of Subaru's for Travis Pastrana and others. Pretty cool place with a lot of cars in various build stages. Pic heavy…

Wife and oldest daughter decided I needed a weekend project as I didn’t have anything planned for the weekend. What a pain! Ceiling, crown molding, chair rail and baseboards all re painted and then patching all the holes, rolling two coats, then cutting in two coats. Looks pretty good, and very similar to Yamaha Yacht Blue.

Not gonna lie….. not a fan of this color scheme. It could be the fact I’m a Cowboys fan and they just shat all over themselves against the Bills.

I wanted to do the chair rail yellow and do a Blue Angles theme, but was over ruled.

They say nothing is more peaceful than a sleeping baby…..I disagree! A sleeping blue heeler is absolutely freakin amazing!! I played ball in backyard for 20 min then went for a 45 min walk and I was able to get 1 qtr of football in peace!

Pretty windy here is southern DE last night as the storm came through:

The winds have shifted, and are now out of the WNW at 23 m.p.h (gusting to 42 m.p.h.). We also got over 3” of rain in the last 24 hours.
