Sorry soemtimes I miss a few things as I am the type with a basement and a garage workshop and lots of parts in labeled bins from other projects . I did use starboard remnants from my audio mods. A thin piece of plastic would be easier. I used a drill press and fornester bits to drill a large hole 1/2 deep from the back side and then a smaller bit to drill the rest of the way through in order to mount the stock buzzer. Could probably use the resulting shavings as base repair for boards or skis.
@Mainah has got me loving these programmable relays. Earlier this evening I did this mod. Since I had an extra board that I got as an exchange before figuring out my other board was fine, I used it for this project instead of returning it. Very simple but beneficial mod. Thanks Mainah.
