Where was it? I've never seen that, but I'll have a closer look now.
I assume you bought it used. My guess is that the PO put it there in case it ever got stolen.
UMTS/HSPA/CDMA is cell phone technology.

I have regular gauges. It was mounted upside down above the battery. I suspected it was an aftermarket install that I don't need.

With duct tape! Yeah, that's suspect. I'd get rid of it! Who knows? The PO might have kept the account open and is tracking you!
