Finally pulled trigger on the Wake Wedge. Wanted to share it with you guys. Check out the video. Sorry for the editing I'm not a huge production guy but I felt this was worth sharing.
Nice vid and you won't be disappointed in the Wake Wedge. It totally transformed the wave off a 242 LS with 2,000 lbs. Gets rid of the jet wash really cleaning up the face.
Heck yeah @surfthemtn !!!! Thanks for the video and the compliments! We are glad that you like it and ironically I just made a video myself this morning installing it in my new 2017 242x. So look for that soon.
By chance how much ballast are you going to be running tomorrow? We seen right away that we need more ballast when we went cor our test drive, which I knew anyways from setting these boats up for 2 years.
I got an extra 400 fat sac for the port swim deck, all the factory and hoping to have another 500 or so in mobile ballast that will make lunch, hand me beers and back up the trailer!
@surfthemtn love the video very cool ! Hope you have a good day today so sad we can't take ours out till tomorrow
We were at Lake Michigan yesterday swimming at the beach wow it was pretty rough. We are going to put the boat in on Silver Lake tomorrow hopin for some decently smooth water to do some testing.
Im gonna go with just kind of tight. The pumps wont over fill the bags. They work off of a timer but even calibrating the timer they will just go to "FULL" I suspect that the computer is monitoring the amp draw of the pumps and shut them down when it sees a load. Just hold in the sys control button for 3 sec or so that will get you into the test screens where you can do damage The re cal menu is in there. I can get you better instructions but id have to be looking at the screen.
Cool, so what I am thinking is when the bag is empty it is still sucking so I need to recalibrate when it thinks the bag is empty because it is knocking down my time. I will give it a go this weekend.

Lake Michigan with no invite to me?
This weekend looks smooth man! At least if you avoid the air show traffic! From Hammond to Michigan city will be 1 foot or less in the morning!
Wind shift around noon. They predict still 1 foot or less but with wind out of north i bet 1-3 by 3pm realistically.
