My accomplishments so far in recent memory

1. Launch boat with stern tie-downs still attached - Completed (2020 season) - 25 pts
2. Launch boat with bow security chain still attached - Completed (2019 season) - 15 pts
3. Launch boat with engine jet port plugs unsecured - Completed (2019 season) - 15 pts
4. Hitting sand bar or bottom of waterway, requiring 'manual' push assistance - (Completed 2020 season) 75 pts
5. Lose a hat or towel while underway (passengers count) - 5 pts

We had two cars at the marina. Wife arrived with her car, parked it, then came over to the ramp where I'd just launched the boat. I said....just pull it into that big open spot in front of your car.....she hit her car with the the trailer behind my Q7. That was an embarrassing call to the insurance company! <if she ever reads that I posted this I'm a dead man>

@Julian, no trailer only parking area at that launch??
Our marina has a dedicated area for trailer parking that some don’t realize & there have been times where there’s no place for me or others with trailers to park because of cars so We’ve had to block them in. They’re not too happy about it but when it’s explained to them & they’ve had to wait to leave they don’t park in the trailer area again.

Started the season without the cleanout plugs in, so I got those points right off the bat...
Just last weekend I scored some more points... lost my credit card in the drink, and had a buddy stand up on the swim deck to ensure clearance under a bridge, and he got the bright idea to jump up and hang onto the bridge for a second. His feet landed on the boat, but his body landed in the lake. There might have been some *insert favorite beverage* involved on his part...lol.

I've gotten laid in the boat, but it wasn't in water.... please tell me that counts... maybe for half points??

The sherrifs and game & fish are all over that situation here. Guaranteed ticket for a car. I’ve even gotten a ticket with a hitch mount jet ski carrier & I pay for an annual boat parking permit.

Private marina with no real "boat parking"...so no police no tickets, just a two damaged vehicles and me shaking my head....
Fortunately she knew to swing wide....just didn't swing quite wide enough and just clipped the bumper on her MDX.
