I'm getting rash marks from the bimini top laying flat down when towing it and riding it. I found this random picture of a boat for sale that has these protection noodles that look to be removable, and was wondering if this was a DIY solution or an accessory that can be purchased?

Looks cool...never seen it before. Where did you find the photo?

Comes from yamaha with the bimini top. Not sure, maybe dealer? Also I have much better lucky avoiding marks with the top forward, in front of windshield.

My 2012 SX210 came with these. I lost one while driving and looked for a replacement, if I'm not mistaken they were prohibitively expensive from Yamaha ~$150 bucks. I had an upholstery place design me some replacements and it was much less money.

Looks like part #20 in this diagram I believe.

Was always surprised there was no SeaDek kit add piece for this problem.

Even with those, you still get rash, as they slide around and never really have a great place to sit. This alone makes me want a tower. But as someone said, they are about $150 per side.

Maybe a piece of sponge rubber or foam rubber, like what they make the big floating mats out of with a velcro strap might work.
