U probably have a stuck injector and going to need a New ecu try swaping the ecu and see what happens
Thank you Bruce and Scotch,Hello everyone,
My name is joe vo and engine wont start. I removed all spark plug than turn key and noticed cylinder one shoot out alot of gas. Help!!
Glad that you've figured it out. Seems like it's been a common issue with your vintage of boats. Good luck with the repair. Also, make sure to check the oil on the affected engine to make sure it's not contaminated with gas. Either way, it's a good idea to change the oil out just in case.Thank you Bruce and Scotch,
Today i swapped out the ecu engine started fine
Put the bad one on the other egine it started also but smell gas
I concluded that cylinder one gas valve stucked open due to bad ecu. Will send it out for repair.
By the way i found water on both of mine boxes
Thanks again for your time.
