Just ordered a set of 14" wheels and radial tires for the trailer. My stock Carlisle bias ply tires have cupped pretty nasty in just 3 seasons but with a lot of towing. The new radials should be a night and day difference in ride not to mention confidence inspiring for longer trips. Expected to arrive on the 20th just in time for a gathering next month so now I will feel better about the longer tow. The wheels I wanted they only had one in stock (for weeks now wtf) so i just kept it clean and simple with some split 5 spokes with black inlay. I also went with the stainless steel "EZ lube" caps for a clean look but still have access to lube the hubs. I went with Kenda Loadstar radial tires since they were then only radials on recstuff in the 215/75/R14 size.

Nice. Do you know the lug spacing for the Shorelanders?

The wheels are 14" diameter x 5.5" wide. Bolt spacing is 4.5" on 5 lug. Pretty much the standard 14" trailer / boat triller wheel size.

I bought 2 wheels, radial tires, stainless caps, high pressure valve stems, mounted and balanced and shipped to my door for $340 from www.recstuff.com.

Although it wasn't done today. Here's a rundown of what I've gotten done so far this summer.

Added a Guest 2-bank onboard charger and NOCO thru hull plug.

Finally got my stereo finished. I had already replaced two of the 6.5" speakers with 8". Finally got the other two replaced. I also put 2 of my 6.5's in the bow and added a pair of 5.25's on the swim platform. My old amp setup has now been replaced with 2 Rockford Fosgate amps. A 600-4D and a 600-5D. The Rockford Fosgate 10" sub was done last year.

I also added a volt gage so I can keep track of my house batteries.

Along with these things. I also replaced my bilge pump that wasn't working. Changed the the taillights on the trailer to LED ones, and got some new tires.
I think I'm done, but time will tell.

I like carpet, from a looks perspective and feel, but have been caught in 1 too many storms and dealing with the stink and drying them out it was time to go full SeaDek. Had Will combine as many pieces as possible. Went with the pin line on the cockpit as we already had the teak on the rear. Feel like the teak in the cockpit can get a little busy. Really happy with the turn out and super easy to do.

Also swapped out the Cobra’s for the Vectors, interesested to see the difference. They certainly look mean!!

And then not today but a few weeks ago, we had a blowout on th trailer on I85. Vowed to never let that happen again so time to show the trailer some love. Full paint, wheels, calipers, and tires.

I should be done with projects, right?? Hah, wishful thinking. All part of the fun!

Got the first service done; changed the oil/filters and greased the trailer bearings but I’ll have to wait to get to the zerk fittings on the pumps since Yamaha decided to put the fittings in a 2” clearance located right below the electrical boards at the very back with near impossible ways to get to them... I’ll have to order a special connection for the grease gun as I can’t even get my whip hose to clear the small gap...
Also found this little guy loose in the engine bay on the right engine side, no idea where it goes...

@WetWillie that looks like a plastic cap off the end of a screw to keep it from scratching someone.

Yea that’s what I thought but it was loose in the engine bay on the right side laying there and I checked everything and could not find where it could have come off in there as everything like that is symmetrical...

Zipper on my bimini storage cover ripped away from the material the other day (don't ask), so I went searching for a third party option cause I sure wasn't going to pay for the OEM replacement $$$. Found this on amazon and it fits perfect. It looks really nice and seems very durable. Looks like they have a variety of sizes and colors available but for my '17 212x the 68-74" in black was the perfect replacement and I like the way it looks better than stock one. Just thought I'd post in case anyone else finds themselves in similar situation.

Man, great find! Thanks for sharing. I can see a new bimini boot my future!

Pic of me trying to get everything ready for my "100hrs" service (which I do every 40-50hrs, lol):

This site is not good for my sanity or financial health. After having gone through every page of this thread over a couple weeks, I have an incredible itch to mod the heck out of my brand new boat. First up is the Stoltz roller, registration I just got in the mail and 10 hour service.
