Help Me Identify Part I Found On My SX210

I found this part on the swim deck after a day of boating on my 2017 Yamaha SX210. I have no idea how it got there or where it came from and I can't figure it out from a Google search of the image. I found it disassembled but it looks like everything goes together. Any help is appreciated!

That almost looks like a "phender pro" type of device - do you have aftermarket sockets installed for fenders?

If it randomly appears on your swim deck, do you have some prankster friends? Doesn't look like anything stock-Yamaha that would or could be back there....

I don't have any fenders. Your comment about a prank did make me think. Had the guys at the marina float the boat. Maybe they sat it down when messing with the cover/ropes.

Could have easily fallen out of their pocket too. Maybe send them the picture, ask if they're missing anything. Looks like a quick disconnect for **something**

Almost looks like the "push to lock" button from a cleanout plug....but I don't recall what they look like when removed.
