Seats 10????? LOL...That would be cramped.

Heck yes it would be tight.... But so would the claimed seating capacity of any of our beloved jet boats.

I actually disagree with seating on our boats. Well at least mine. My person cap says 11 but can easily hold 12-13.

I've done 30 minute clips with 11 and there was more than enough room for everyone.

Of course it can be done... but 12- 13 people is going to be tight... heck, the 11 it's rated for is tight.

Taken from the Coast Guard Website : While Federal Regulations do not prohibit the boat operator from exceeding these capacities, state law may prohibit it. Check with your state’s boating authority.

Nice Boat! Almost bought one back in 2001. Ended up with a Malibu instead.

Sorry, I wasn't trying to poo poo on your for sale ad, I didn't realize what section I was in. It's a sweet looking boat for sure.

Thanks guys... it is a great boat at a give away price for someone who is into that kind of boat- you will not find one in better condition or with lower hours. We just weren't into that kind of boat anymore and traded it for our 2015 242LS.
