I think they are optional. Not sure how much or if they are added at factory or dealer.

They're loud, but from what I remember - if you want good sound for water sports, you'll end up upgrading. Good enough for sand bars though.

I love my speaker bar....but have it pointed forward most of the time for sound into the cabin. I also made sure it was on its own channel as from the factory it was wired in series. Giving it a dedicated channel improved the sound.
I have cans too that point backwards along with swim step speakers (13 speakers in all and 3 amps)
