That's a bit of a stretch. The Wetsounds Syn series amplifiers share a common Class H platform with Arc Audio KS series. In this case, they are both designed by the same engineer (Nikola Labs...an independent firm) and made in the same overseas plant. But Wetsounds amplifiers are not made by Arc Audio.
And there are some important differences. The Arc Audio KS series are all internally fan-cooled but without being conformal coated. They are an automotive amplifier line. So that means with the Arc Audio you are constantly pouring moist and humid air over a raw and charged circuit board.
The Wetsounds are conformal coated among a few other differences as a marine amplifier.
