Hard to tell from that angle....but doesn't look right....should come through the transom near the pump.....then follow to the Y connecting to red lines from the flush ports

That looks like maybe the ballast pick up.

as Julian said above, you should see a y piece that connects. One of the hoses is red going into it.

I think that's the "Done with this water, back out it goes" Hose.

The hose you are looking for is the one that you can identify from the engine area as the bottom/black hose of the Y fitting that bring in the cooling water INTO the engine.

Awesome you asked, that's not the hose you are looking for.
