not sure what to do with this, can i take these little white things off? or do they serve a purpose. I have a piece of cardboard down at the moment.

they go away after a little bit. You could pull that mat. Those nubs are there to keep them steady on the bare floors. If you plan to never take out the mats then I don't see why you couldn't pull the rubber feet.

I take mine out every couple of trips and give the interior a good cleaning. With kids there's always crumbs and various other things that find their way under the mats. I like that they are snap in. That way if one mat gets dirty I can pull it out without having to clean the whole interior or let it dry.

Yeah, they are designed to prevent the "foot" from sliding on a slippery floor. With Seadek down you likely don't need those feet.

I also put frisbees upside-down under the feet to help spread out the load.
