Exhaust smoke/steam - more than usual

So there's always some steam/exhaust that I see when surfing, I know it's not a big deal, but today it seemed like there was kind of a lot more than usual.

The boat performed fine, I didn't get any temp alarms, pissers were pissing, etc... But it was a LOT, especially on the starboard side and especially toward the start of the session.

Any reason to be concerned? I ran the boat for probably 10 mins going from the wet slip to the end of the no wake zone, then killed engine and spent 10 mins setting up ballast before getting started.

Could the engine have completely cooled down in that time and then been under stress /burning oil or something? I changed oil before the start of the season and have put about 50-60 hours on since then.
