I tried to replace the old GPS cover yesterday with a new 3D printed one and the entire base started to disintegrate. The only thing that is good is the actual metal antenna. I think we need to get someone to 3D print the bottom piece as well, has anyone done this?
 
@Bruce have you looked at printing the base too?
