I would love to join, however I only gained a dissappointing 2 pounds over the holidays and don't have a large enough base to be competitive. Bummer for me!

So, any objections to setting it up on www.dietbet.com and opening it up to outsiders to build the pot? I'm active on the tundra forum as well and with a lot of members, we might be able to double the participants.
More people competing means a bigger pot, and a lower probability of winning. Doing it through a pay service means a smaller pot. I vote for keeping it simple and cost-effective, i.e. free.
