I hear ya! 200 is my upper limit now. When I go over it is unacceptable. I hit 220 as a max once, was diagnosed with sleep apnea, wife complained about me snoring too much. Lost the weight, apnea stopped, snoring abated....so my goal now is to stay under 190, and if I can hit 180 for boating season, I'll be delighted! I'm 6'1" and my BMI says I need to be <185....so that would be perfect! Now with $50 on the line...I have a reason to try harder...I assume we are doing this on a % basis....otherwise I'm donating money ... LOLOk, I'm in too!
Weigh in will have to wait until tomorrow since I'm on the road now and I want to be consistent with one (home) scale. And BTW - traveling =weight loss!
[ @Julian - that 200 number is the one that drives me NUTS - but from the other side. Got to 227 and said that's IT a couple of years, spent a couple of months at just over 200. FINALLY see 198, go get my phone to document the event, get back on, 201! Are you F'ing KIDDING me? Gradually back to 218/220 range since then. And then just before New Year's got read the riot act by the doc. Sigh.]
Don't worry @Big Shasta , after this weight loss contest, you'll have to change your user name to Slim Shasta... and maybe I'll have to change from Mr. Moose to Mr. Mouse.View attachment 31894 yikes...heaviest ever....time to get to work
I have a friend who had his three of four lowest vertebra fused. It made a huge positive change in his life.I'd be in but I'm getting the lower back fused on the 19th. Won't be able to do much exercising for a while.
Yeah, Sorry I've been ragged between work and a bathroom remodel.@Big Shasta is there a plan on how to track and when?
