Helm Access Door Weather Strip Replacement

Has anyone found a suitable weather strip replacement for the Helm Access Panel Door on a 2007-2009 Yamaha 230HO?
Mine seems to have shrunk to make the already impossible access door appear even smaller!

I don't recall that side ever being sticky and glue covered.....but its been a while!
