I had this today. Turned everything off for a minute then started back up without issue.
 
I had that error several times last summer. Never figured exact cause, but I think it may have been related to low battery voltage. After I put the batteries on trickle charge a week, the message hasn’t appeared again.
 
According to that image, your house battery looks to be at 11 volts....which is dead. Likely your issue.

Charge two batteries today. I will try it tomorrow morning. thank you

FYI, not sure you know this, but 11.9 is "discharged"....so fingers crossed this is all you need to do! :winkingthumbsup"
