Aberdeen Restaurant Enterprises Ltd, reported the Jumbo Floating Restaurant encountered "adverse conditions" as it was passing the Xisha Islands.

That seems fishy. Insurance? Tried to save the tourist spot but were not able to.....sooooo let's float it out and it hit "adverse conditions"......whoops, it sank.
