Important Warning about Ethanol Labeling Manipulation

Certainly not saying this site has all the right answers as it's not been accurate for where I live, but here is a website that is "supposed" to tell you where to get non ethanol gas in your area. Ethanol-free gas stations in the U.S. and Canada

If anyone has any others please post as for now I'm not able to find any non ethanol and would certainly like to get some for my boat and lawn equipment as well without paying crazy prices at the home improvement store.

It's pretty accurate for my area in N. Alabama.

How does STA-BIL marine 360 compare to other products out there?

If you're talking about use in your boat, it's my understanding that it's the wrong product - the "regular red" stuff is for use in your Yamaha.

I could be completely wrong on this, and I hope someone confirms my statement, or gives info to correct me, but the marine (blue) Sta-bil is for 2-smoke gas/oil mix fuel.

"STA-BIL 360° MARINE is safe to use in ALL gasoline engines, including 4 and 2-cycle, and safe to use in ALL gasoline blends from ethanol-free gasoline to E85."

So from looking into it, it has more "stuff" than the red, which is why they label it for marine use, as it prevents more corrosion and issues than the regular red.

Found some detail about Star Tron vs Sta Bil marine product at this link: https://www.thehulltruth.com/boating-forum/424536-startron-stabil-marine-formula.html in the reviews section about how these two products take a different approach to treating your gas.

TBH I have used Sta Bil red and last year bought Sta Bil marine 360. But have not tried Star Tron, which is why I was asking about differences between the two products from someone who has maybe done both. Sta Bil Red version I've not been happy with in small engines and a friend recommended using Sta Bil marine and thought I would try in boat as well. Small engines seem to be running fine with Sta Bil marine. Boat didn't run well at the end of last season after treating the tank so either it was just doing its job and got some junk out of it, maybe I got some bad gas?, or I mixed it in wrong. Stopped using anything last couple fill ups in boat and no running issues at all (last run at end of last season, and first run this year) but know with the junk that we get in our gas now the concern I have overall is still there. I think I'm going to get some Star Tron and treat the boat gas tank and see if I notice anything. Thanks for the recommendation @drewkaree . I think there's a difference in how many ounces of each product you need to use per gallon as well. Haven't done the math yet on that but Amazon has the gallon version of both of these products.

I had totally forgotten about that web site! Great addition to this thread! I made a couple of additions to the stations in my area, they were missing the 85 non ethanol gas.
