I wouldn't think so. Infact I think I have seen a few pictures of a decent wake off of a 190. Ballast added of course.

I bet if would be fun with some weight int the boat !!!! Half the fun for me is trying out different weight set ups!!! And different people like different setup s , example I like more bow weight and my wife likes more aft weight , so grab three 350 pound bags , and start playing around
