And at the fireworks store, writing the plowing bill, I get brought pizza by Doreen's Pizza next door. I am property manager and fixed some stuff. I'm so gonna lose.
 
This sounds like fun, but I'm not sure I'd have a chance of winning, I only want to lose about 15 lbs..and I weigh 132 :muted: that's only approx. 11%

I've gained a few pounds since super bowl Sunday. LOL

I only have 10lbs to loose...(those last 10 are brutal)....you don't have to join the money challenge....just join for fun....
 
I can't loose much more than 5-6%....so I'm not in the money run....

That said, I was so tired after landing at midnight last night and getting to the office for an 8am meeting that I forgot to eat breakfast (which for me is only a bowl of raisin bran).

But I did just buy this beast so I can work out at home any time....

About the only thing I miss from living in SW FL besides my family is being able to go see the bolts whenever I wanted... I dream of flying down to see them play again...

Anyone else do a mid week weigh-in just to gauge their progress? I know short term isn't accurate but What I see is cutting out beer, snacking and all junk carbs makes a huge difference.
 
As far as mid week check up.. I have been on night shift. Which means NOT Good for any diet.... Day shift starts Monday!!!! So with that my 5 em plan will begin hard core!!! Nights=pizza and tons of other sh#t food.
 
After last night's cal and carb binge at the Blackhawks game, I am thunderstruck by one thing.

How much better I felt while I was eating a much healthier diet. Really. The carboloading feels good going in, but not so afterward.

My motivation is reinforced. Stick with it, jetboaters!

I have been tracking my weight in the iPhone health app every day. So far so good. Completely changed my diet and have not had a drop of Alcohol since last Saturday.
 
@Big Shasta.. Saw the ads for that thing a few times... I didn't buy the hype and theory on it... Hopefully I'm wrong and you like it..

Neither did I but she doesn't ask for much so I did it. You were right to not buy the hype. I would have rather had one of those extreme incline treadmills with negative and positive incline...which I guess is really incline and decline..

Alcohol is my weakness..I love my drinkies on the weekend..I'll try and be strong this weekend, we'll see how THAT goes..LOL:)
