I’ve been searching all over trying to figure out what this hole is for. When I’m running the boat it sprays water out of it almost into the back end of the boat. I haven’t been able to find any other jet pumps with this and I’m not quite sure what it’s there for. I don’t think that I put the hole there because the outside is painted

Could it be the port for the visibility / rooster tail spout? Think Waverunner.
